Berkeley Academy is a student-centered Afterschool known for its distinctive inquiry-based interdisciplinary studies and constructivist project-based learning. Students learn by doing and learn by caring. Our philosophy guides students to take responsibility for their own learning goals, structure their own study time, and take advantage of a variety of resources. With our extremely long-term vision, we nurture children so they will be accountable and resourceful in high school and beyond.

Outdoor Play

At Berkeley, outdoor play is as important as complete the homework. We provide different playsets such as Swing set, Ninja challenge set, Trampoline, Basketball hoop, and Tetherball to challenge students' physical fitness. We also have the option for students to create their own artwork on the customized Blackboard!

Afterschool Friday Clubs

What is your child interested in?

At Berkeley, we do things a little different. . . to spark interest and creativity in each individual child, we provide a multitude of clubs for students to join. We also have the options for students to create their own club!

Math Kangaroo

Lego Robotics

Lego Robotics is one of the most popular programs at Berkeley Academy. It is fun and the great way to learn Engineering process and coding.

Coding

It is a math enrichment program designed to foster problem-solving skills and mathematical reasoning. It prepares students for the competition and encourages them to explore fun.

Coding Club is an excellent way to learn about programming with your friends. Students learn and practice the basics of coding, using the Python and HTML language.

We do Hands-On-Science weekly. Students learn science the fun way... through exciting hands on experiments. Blow life-sized bubble towers, see real-time decomposition, and even make Newtonian liquids!
