LEADERSHIP- (K-6th Grade)

Using a list of 10 leadership characteristics, kids identified people they know personally who demonstrate these leadership qualities. Leaders: “Makes Good Choices, Kind, Role Model, Responsible, Trustworthy, Respect Others, Creative Thinker, Calm and Reassuring, Inspirational, and Stands Up for Others.” Students participated in the Trust Walk team building activity that helped them to practice trusting each other. As a leader, each student received an opportunity to steer his or her partner around obstacles using verbal or nonverbal instructions. Check out our students FOCUS and DEDICATION!
